1. Information We Collect
When you use our contact form or book a session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any details you voluntarily provide about your session. We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, referral source) via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or store personally identifiable information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to respond to inquiries, coordinate and schedule photography sessions, send session reminders and galleries, and improve our website experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Photos & Image Rights
With your permission, images from your session may be used on our website, portfolio, and social media for promotional purposes. You may opt out of this at any time by notifying us in writing before or after your session.
4. Data Retention
We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill your session and any follow-up requests. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@anchorandcoastal.com.
5. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Booking & Retainer
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer (typically 25% of the total session fee) are required to secure your date. Your date is not held until both are received. The retainer is applied toward your total balance.
2. Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your session date. For weddings, the balance is due 14 days before the event. Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved digital payment methods.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the session date forfeit the retainer only. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the full session fee. Rescheduling is permitted once at no charge, subject to availability, with at least 14 days notice.
4. Delivery
Edited images are delivered via private online gallery within 3–4 weeks for portraits and 6–8 weeks for weddings. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. RAW files are not included or released.
5. Copyright & Usage
Anchor & Coastal Photography retains full copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal use license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes. Commercial licensing is available separately. Credit is appreciated but not required for personal sharing.
6. Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, accident, or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Agreement
By booking a session you agree to these terms. A formal contract will be provided and must be signed before your session is confirmed.
